Who is Zhao Zongqi, sacked Chinese general who instigated Doklam & Galwan clashes with india?

Zhao Zongqi, who has been removed from China's top political advisory body, was first commander of country's Western Theatre Command, which looks after operations along border with India. He was in charge during 2017 Doklam standoff and 2020 Galwan clash with India. Zongqi, who joined Chinese Army at the age of 16, has not been seen in public for months.
