Who may lead Hamas after Israel killed its head Yahya Sinwar?

Mahmoud al-Zahar, one of the founding members of Hamas, is a frontrunner to lead the militant group after Israel killed its chief Yahya Sinwar. Yahya's brother Mohammed Sinwar and Hamas political bureau's senior member Mousa Abu Marzouk are also potential successors. Hamas leaders Mohammed Deif, Khalil al-Hayya and Khaled Mashal are also potential successors to Yahya.
