Who measured PM Modi's chest, asks Digvijaya Singh

Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Friday said that PM Narendra Modi did not take the Pulwama attack seriously and asked, "who measured his chest". Digvijaya's remark was a jibe at PM Modi's 56-inch chest comment. "When news of the terror attack came out, he was in Jim Corbett shooting for a film...He should have immediately declared national mourning," he added.
