Tata Trusts, a group of charitable trusts, owns about 66% of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group. Tata Group companies hold around 13% of Tata Sons, while the remaining stake is held by other shareholders. The Trusts are headed by Noel Tata, who took over in October 2024 after Ratan Tata's death.
