WHO reacts after India reports Nipah virus cases, says 'Low risk, no restrictions'

The risk of Nipah virus spreading from India is low, the World Health Organisation said on Friday. It added that it does not recommend any travel or trade restrictions after the country reported two cases of the virus. This comes after several Asian countries stepped up checks on people arriving in their territories for signs of the virus.
