Who's Mark Kingdon, accused of earning ₹180 cr from shorting Adani shares?

Mark Elliot Kingdon is the founder of US-based investment management firm Kingdon Capital Management. He allegedly earned over ₹180 crore by shorting Adani Enterprises shares with the help of Kotak Mahindra Bank's offshore fund after the release of Hindenburg Research's report on the conglomerate. SEBI said Hindenburg shared its report with Kingdon Capital before releasing it publicly.
