Who's Misir Besra, Maoist leader arrested after being on the run for 2 decades?

Misir Besra, last remaining Central Committee and Politburo member of banned CPI (Maoist) arrested after nearly two decades on the run, was born in Jharkhand's Pirtand. Besra, who was carrying a bounty of over ₹1 crore, had joined Maoist movement 40 years ago. He was first arrested in September 2007, but Maoists stormed court complex in 2009 to free him.
