Who's Pak's Altaf Hussain, who resembles Dhurandhar's Jameel Jamali?

Pakistani politician Altaf Hussain has gone viral on social media, with people comparing him with 'Dhurandhar' character Jameel Jamali, played by Rakesh Bedi. Hussain, who's living in exile in the UK, is the founder of Pakistan's Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) party. There are also videos of Altaf singing 'Saare Jahan Se Achha' in London.
