Who was Call of Duty creator Vince Zampella, who died in Ferrari crash?

Vince Zampella, who died in Ferrari crash in US, was best known for co-creating "Call of Duty" franchise and co-founding Respawn Entertainment, studio behind "Titanfall" game. He began his career as shooter-game designer in 1990s, co-founded Infinity Ward in 2002, launched Call of Duty in 2003. Activision later acquired his studio and he left under contentious circumstances.
