The three pilots who flew the China Eastern flight that crashed with 132 people had valid licenses and health certificates, Bloomberg reported. Reports identified the captain as 32-year-old Yang Hongda with 6,709 flying hours experience in Boeing 737-800 and the first officer as 59-year-old Zhang Zhengping with 31,769 flying hours and 40 years of experience who mentored other pilots.
