Who will earn how much as L'Oréal set to buy India's Innovist?

L'Oréal will buy India's Innovist in one of the country's largest D2C ecosystem deals worth ₹4,000-4,100-crore deal. According to Moneycontrol, the company's founders, Rohit Chawla, Vimal Bhola and Sifat Khurana, are set to earn ₹1,800 crore in total payout. Meanwhile, the company's investors are set to make 10x gains, with Sauce VC earning ₹590 crore on its ₹59-crore investment.
