Whole village must know you: PM Modi to BJP worker named Rahul

During an interaction, PM Narendra Modi told a BJP worker named Rahul Sharma, "Your name is such that...whole village much know you." Both, Sharma and PM Modi can be heard laughing at the remark. Sharma, who is from Bihar's Khagaria, told PM Modi that in the last 10 years, a "huge amount" of road construction has occurred in his area.
