Why 'Hon'ble', 'Mr' not added before Union Minister's name in FIR: HC asks UP govt

Allahabad High Court sought an explanation from Uttar Pradesh government for not mentioning the usual prefix of 'Hon'ble' or 'Mr' before a Union Minister name's that figured in an FIR. The court added that even if the minister was inappropriately described by the first informant in the written report, it was police's duty to insert the prefix in the FIR.
