Why are Arsenal above Chelsea on Premier League table despite having identical record?

Arsenal and Chelsea have identical record on Premier League 2024-25 points table. They've same matches played (13), wins (7), draws (4), losses (2), goals for (26), goal difference (12) and points (25). However, Arsenal are placed above Chelsea. Positions are determined by points won, goal difference and goals scored- in that order. As they're identical, alphabetical order has been used.
