Why are Artemis II astronauts wearing orange on Moon mission?

Artemis II astronauts are wearing spacesuits which are of 'international orange' colour, a vivid reddish-orange hue widely used in aerospace and marine industries. NASA said the suits are orange specifically to make crew members easily visible in ocean during splashdown recovery. The fluorescent shade is extremely rare, making it stand out against dark ocean water, sky and natural landscapes.
