Why are employees using sunscreen & umbrellas while working inside offices in China?

Multiple employees are applying sunscreen and using beach umbrellas while working at their desks in offices across China to combat "office ageing", SCMP reported. They're also donning sun hats and using full-face masks as they complain about their complexions getting darker and their eyes getting strained from working daily. "Company pays for my labour...who'll cover my beauty?" an employee said.
