Why are New Zealand cricketers wearing black armbands in 2nd T20I against India?

New Zealand players have been spotted wearing black armbands during the second T20I against India in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur. The armbands are being worn in support of those affected by devastating storms and landslides in the upper North Island of New Zealand in recent days. Two people were killed and several others are missing following the landslides.
