Why can't PM Modi go to Manipur: Congress on Biren Singh's apology

After Manipur CM Biren Singh apologised for ethnic violence in state, which rages on since May 3, 2023, Congress questioned as to why PM Narendra Modi can't go there and do the same. "[PM Modi] has deliberately avoided visiting Manipur since May 4, 2023, even as he jets around the country and the world," Congress' Jairam Ramesh wrote on X.
