Why did 2 female astronauts spend 7 hours outside International Space Station?

NASA astronaut Jessica Meir and ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot completed a 6-hour, 49-minute spacewalk outside International Space Station. They installed a retroreflector on the forward port of ISS's Harmony module, replaced an HD camera on the station's truss, and collected a swab from its exterior to check for microorganisms, among other tasks. It was Meir's seventh spacewalk and Adenot's third.
