Why did India mention N Korea while telling Japan not to share advanced defence tech with Pak?

India asked Japan to refrain from sharing advanced defence technology with Pakistan, warning that such capabilities could reach North Korea, WION reported. According to US intelligence, Pakistan supplied uranium enrichment technology to North Korea. Abdul Qadeer Khan, often called father of Pakistan's nuclear bomb, visited North Korea and provided centrifuges, designs and technical assistance.
