Why did Karnataka minister resign twice over same corruption scam?

Karnataka Minister B Nagendra resigned on Friday amid Opposition protests demanding his removal after the CBI named him in the ₹89-crore embezzlement case involving the state-run Maharshi Valmiki ST Development Corporation. His resignation comes 25 days after he was re-inducted into the Cabinet. He had earlier quit as ST Welfare Minister in 2024 after the scam surfaced.
