Why did Kenya ask a Tata firm to 'pack up and leave'?

Kenya asked Tata Chemicals to "pack up and leave", saying its presence failed to benefit the country. Kenya said Tata Chemicals had been exporting soda ash instead of processing the mineral locally to make glass and chemicals. The country has identified new investors to take over the company's operations, with an aim to bring more employment and investment for Kenyans.
