Why did Ram Charan attend Vijay–Rashmika reception barefoot?

Ram Charan attended Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna's grand reception dressed in black and barefoot. As per reports, he is observing the 41-day Ayyappa Deeksha, a sacred vow dedicated to Lord Ayyappa that requires strict discipline, abstinence, and no footwear throughout the spiritual period.
