Why did Trump thank Pakistan during his US Congress address?

US President Donald Trump thanked Pakistan during his address to the Congress for helping arrest a top ISIS terrorist responsible for killing 13 American service members and several others in the 2021 Abbey Gate bombing in Afghanistan.
