People with pulsatile tinnitus hear pulse in one or both ears. The sound is result of turbulent flow in blood vessels in neck or head. Most of the time, pulsatile tinnitus is nothing to worry about and goes away on its own. If it doesn't go away on its own after a few weeks, people should talk with a doctor.
