Why does BJP call Himachal Congress govt 'mitron ki sarkar'?

BJP, since 2022, has referred to the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh as 'mitron ki sarkar'. CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu is accused of preferring his associates for cabinet-rank posts. The list of his associates includes Gokul Butail, Principal Advisor (IT and Innovation) and Kehar Singh Khachi, Vice-Chairman of Himachal's Forest Development Corporation. The list also includes four MLAs.
