Why don't you want probe?: HC as it refuses to quash FIR against wife of B'luru techie Atul

Karnataka High Court has refused to quash an FIR filed against Nikita Singhania, the wife of Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash who died by suicide over alleged harassment by her and her relatives. Noting that the complaint had all the details regarding the case, the judge said, "Why don't you want the investigation to happen?"
