Why dot ball is replaced by tree sign in KKR vs SRH Qualifier 1?

With the start of the IPL 2024 playoff stage with KKR vs SRH Qualifier 1, fans are zeroed in for every delivery. Fans discovered a symbol of a tree replacing the sign for the dot ball. This tree represents the green initiative started by BCCI under which BCCI will plant 500 trees for each dot ball bowled in the Playoffs.
