Why FC Barcelona's contract offers for Dani Olmo got rejected?

FC Barcelona have initiated talks with Dani Olmo but the contract offers have been rejected by the club. RB Leipzig don't agree with the fees that FC Barcelona are offering and do not like the payment terms as well. The Spanish midfielder has not yet agreed to personal terms and there is still a lot of work to be done.
