Why has 18-year-old GTA hacker been sentenced to life in a hospital?

Arion Kurtaj, 18-year-old hacker who leaked GTA 6 footage, was sentenced to life in secure hospital after being deemed a high risk to public. A mental health assessment said he was "highly motivated" and "expressed intent to return to cybercrime as soon as possible". Kurtaj will stay in hospital prison for life unless doctors determine he's no longer a danger.
