Why have all European nations threatened to boycott FIFA World Cup?

UEFA's 55 member associations voted unanimously on Thursday to boycott FIFA competitions, including the men's and women's World Cups, over FIFA's plan to sell a 20% stake in a new commercial entity to private investors for up to $4.2 billion.
