Why have Delhi Police denied permission for CJP's protest against CEC on Oct 10?

Delhi's JCP Nupur Prasad listed two reasons behind denying permission for Cockroach Janta Party's protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar on October 10. She said CJP submitted the application for protest on October 7, which should've been given 10 days prior. JCP also listed "public safety, law and order, and traffic regulation" as the reasons.
