Why I relate with Taylor Swift's 'The Tortured Poets'

I have never been a 'Swiftie'. I took a long break from listening to Taylor Swift's songs. The last one I remember is End Game. Today marked a new beginning when I came across her new studio album The Tortured Poets. "Once we have spoken our saddest story, we can be free of it," writes Swift for her new album.
