Why is AAP alleging Congress-BJP 'collaboration' amid CJP protest?

AAP accused Congress and Rahul Gandhi of acting in sync with the BJP during the CJP protest. It alleged Rahul's demonstration outside PM Narendra Modi's residence diluted the momentum of the month-long agitation. AAP claimed Congress was allowed to protest there while CJP's Jantar Mantar protest drew little attention. It also claimed the government initiated talks soon after Rahul's demonstration.
