Why is Ankita Bhandari murder case back in focus after 3 years?

Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Dhami recommended CBI probe into Ankita Bhandari murder case, three years after Ankita was killed and seven months after accused were convicted. The fresh demand for CBI probe came after Urmila Sanawar, wife of ex-MLA Suresh Rathore, shared audio clip in which Rathore allegedly linked BJP national general secretary in charge of Uttarakhand Dushyant Gautam to case.
