Why is Deepak Chahar & Matheesha Pathirana not playing vs KKR?

The reigning champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are locking horns with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. CSK skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad at the toss confirmed that Matheesha Pathirana and Deepak Chahar miss out in the Playing XI with their respective injuries. "Pathirana is not available, Deepak Chahar has a niggle," Gaikwad said.
