Why is EY rewarding employees who are more human than others?

EY is investing ₹950 crore to reward employees in the US who develop "future-focused" human skills like business acumen, judgement and adaptability. The bonuses reportedly aim to ready a workforce that can convince clients that human expertise is still worth paying for. The bonuses will be given across 'Everyday leadership', 'Result-driven transformation' and 'Game-changing impact' categories.
