Why is IAS officer Sanjeev, transferred for emptying stadium to walk dog, back in focus?

IAS officer Sanjeev Khirwar, who faced controversy after allegedly having Delhi's Thyagaraj Stadium emptied to walk his dog, is in focus again following deadly collapse of PG building in Satya Niketan. Khirwar, who's the current MCD Commissioner, said demolition orders had been issued for 3-4 buildings in the area in August. "In...last three months...960 demolitions were carried out," he stated.
