Why is it difficult for Secret Service to provide security at Trump's golf courses?

Secret Service finds it difficult to secure golf courses, particularly former US President Donald Trump's, as golf courses have trees and hills that would-be assassins can use to hide. Notably, Trump's presence at the golf course doesn't mean it'd be shut down for the public. Despite efforts to restrict who can interact with him, Trump likes to socialise with members.
