Delhi is seeing an unusually warm November, with temperatures soaring over four degrees above the usual average. As per IMD, it's not cold in Delhi yet as northern wind flow and Western Disturbances, which typically bring colder air, haven't fully set in. Since the monsoon concluded in October, Delhi and its surrounding plains haven't experienced these disturbances.
