Why is Prashant Bhushan opposing ICICI CEO's tenure extension?

Public interest lawyer Prashant Bhushan wrote to RBI opposing ICICI Bank CEO Sandeep Bakhshi's extension of tenure, citing governance lapses, RBI penalties, fraud cases and GST-related disputes at the bank. He highlighted frauds that happened during Bakhshi's tenure and caused a loss of ₹245 crore. The letter pointed out four cases of suicide by employees in the recent past.
