Why is tonight's full Moon called the 'Hunter's Moon?'

The Hunter's Moon can be seen in skies tonight. It is called so because according to Farmer's Almanac, with the leaves falling and the deer fattened, it's time to hunt. Since the harvesters have reaped the fields, hunters can easily see the animals that have come out to glean. It's also called Travel Moon, Dying Grass Moon and Blood Moon.
