Dietitian specialist Dr Pratayksha Bhardwaj said yellow foods such as moong dal, turmeric, and citrus fruits support digestion at a time when body is moving out of a slower metabolic phase. Yellow foods contain compounds that help the body adapt to seasonal shift.
