Why no charge added under POCSO, conduct 2nd autopsy: HC to WB govt on girl's rape-murder

During hearing over the alleged rape and murder of a nine-year-old girl in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas, Calcutta High Court asked the TMC-led West Bengal government why no charges under POCSO were added in the case. The court directed that the second post-mortem should be conducted at AIIMS Kalyani on Monday in the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate's presence.
