Why no comment on violent response to protests in our neighbourhood: Govt on UN remark on CJP protest

Government has responded after UN Human Rights' remarks on CJP protests in Delhi. Calling the remarks "unacceptable interference in India's internal affairs", government said, "OHCHR has an approach of extreme selectivity when it comes to public positions. Violent responses to protests in our neighbourhood have gone uncommented...Such double standards only erode the credibility of its standing."
