Why only talk of Gandhi family security: Amit Shah on SPG security cover

Replying to the debate on the SPG Amendment Bill in Rajya Sabha, Home Minister Amit Shah said that security is not a status symbol. "I don't understand this obsession over SPG," he added. "Why only talk of security of Gandhi family? Security of 130 crore Indians including Gandhi family is a responsibility of government," he further said.
