Why shouldn't we aim for 16 kids?: Stalin as he notes reducing parliamentary seats

Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin suggested people should have 16 children during a mass wedding event. "But now with this delimitation, if our parliamentary seats [are] potentially reducing, we're forced to think why to restrict ourselves? Why shouldn't we aim for 16 children?" he said. Earlier, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu also expressed concern over ageing population in southern states.
