Why was a commercial spacecraft relocated on ISS for the 1st time?

SpaceX Crew Dragon Resilience, on Monday, became the first commercial spacecraft to be relocated on the International Space Station. It was relocated in preparation for NASA's SpaceX Crew-2 spacecraft, which will be docking to the port vacated by Resilience. The relocation was also done to prepare for the arrival of a cargo Dragon delivering new solar arrays later this year.
