Chinese President Xi Jinping's limousine was seen covered in black sheets while travelling to the airport in Delhi ahead of his arrival. The practice of covering official vehicles during overseas visits is primarily linked to protection, security and transportation protocols. While the covers protect vehicles from dust and scratches, they also help in limiting unnecessary exposure, reports said.
