Why was security cut, how did info come out: HC to Punjab govt after Moosewala death

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has asked the Punjab government to explain the basis on which security was reduced for around 400 people including deceased singer Sidhu Moosewala. The state government will also have to explain how the report of security withdrawal became public. This came on Punjab's ex-Deputy CM OP Soni's plea after his security cover was reduced.
